Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to join our Boston-area practice, delivering comprehensive dental care and creating individualized treatment plans. You will educate patients on options, interpret diagnostics, and maintain accurate records while upholding the highest ethics and quality standards.

The role offers opportunities for continuing education, mentorship, and collaboration with a network of doctors in an established practice with a steady patient flow.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Stay updated on new developments and continuing education.
