Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a licensed dentist for a part-time role in Ottsville, PA. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment plan, with in-office services including endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The schedule includes two Saturdays per month, 7AM-12PM, and benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE opportunities, and access to Harvard Rounds Network for continuing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore health.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
