Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our Hollidaysburg, PA team. The role involves managing the full patient experience from exam to treatment delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers a daily schedule from 8AM–5PM, 4–5 days per week, with a financial structure featuring daily guarantees or up to 36% of collections, plus an annual rate potential described below.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients’ medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics in practice.
• Keep up-to-date with developments, technologies and standards of care.

Education
