Job summary

Benevis is actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team and deliver high-quality dental care to children and adults in our community-oriented practice. You will work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, using DentaPro software, digital imaging, and modern equipment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-focused care, and ongoing mentoring. A DDS/DMD and licensure are required, with opportunities for growth and competitive base pay with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) or other required certifications such as CPR, DEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with support of the team.
• Maintain efficient office flow and patient schedule; manage 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
• Work with state insurance plans, PPO and out-of-network payor mix while delivering high-quality care.
