Job summary

Empire Dental in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our growing west-side practice. You will lead a clinical team, deliver exceptional patient care, and build lasting relationships with patients and staff in a modern, 5-operatory setting with digital workflow.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of clinical experience, a Texas license (or the ability to obtain one), and a commitment to clinical excellence and long-term growth with the practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain one).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Lead a Growing PPO & Fee-for-Service Practice on the West Side of San Antonio

Empire Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our thriving practice in the west end of San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who is looking to establish roots in a growing practice, lead a clinical team, and build long‑term relationships with patients and staff.

We are looking for a doctor with 3+ years of clinical experience who values clinical excellence, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Thursday (4-day work week)

Pay Range
