This growing location is a unique solo dentist practice in an FFS and PPO location. We are a fully digital office offering the latest in dental technology, are equipped with a pano/ceph, and offer 2- 3 operatories and a dedicated team our dentists. If you are a General dentist who wants to provide a wide variety of dental treatments with autonomy and the ability to have an FT predictable schedule with weekends off. What You’ll Do:

• Deliver a full spectrum of dental services, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions, implants, Invisalign, and oral sedation.
• Lead a collaborative team of hygienists and dental assistants in delivering outstanding patient care.
• Expand your expertise in comprehensive dentistry, including crown & bridge, removable prosthodontics, implants, oral surgery, and even aesthetic treatments like Botox and fillers!
• Work in a patient-centric, dentist-led practice with support from some of the best clinicians in the industry.

• Competitive Compensation: Start with a guaranteed salary for the first six months, followed by a tiered commission structure. Total potential earnings can range from$250,000 to $350,000 annually.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: At least 3-5 years of clinical experience, with a desire to perform a wide range of dental procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of Colorado.

• Active DEA

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.

• Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified

• Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments.

• Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice’s growth and success.

Pay Range
