What You Bring :

DDS / DMD Degree & Active CO Dental License

CPR / ACLS Certified

Qualifications

• Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice.
• Active DEA
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care.
• Invisalign Certification or willingness to be certified
