Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care, from initial exam to delivery of care, including in-office specialties like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The role emphasizes patient experience, high ethical standards, and ongoing professional development.

You will join a practice that welcomes a strong flow of new patients monthly and offers exclusive continuing education plus mentorship through an expansive network of doctors.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and maintain patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.

Education
