42 North Dental in Portland, ME is seeking a Dentist to join a modern, patient-centered practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), no nights or weekends, strong earnings based on production, and a supportive team with ongoing mentorship and education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in restorative and esthetic dentistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review x-rays and diagnostic tests to guide care.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental procedures.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
