42 North Dental in Portland, ME is seeking a Dentist to join Restorative & Aesthetic Dental Associates. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and discuss treatment plans with patients.
• Review and maintain patient medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
