The position supports a full or part-time schedule with no nights or weekends, and opportunities to collaborate across in-house specialties such as periodontics, endodontics, and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental program accredited by ADA CODA
• Current state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and update treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain the highest standard of care and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education and professional development
