Job summary

42North Dental in Portland, ME, seeks a licensed DDS/DMD to lead restorative and aesthetic dentistry within a patient-centered practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to delivery, with in-office services in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time), no nights or weekends, and a competitive, production-based earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain patient records and dental radiographs.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.
• Stay updated with new developments and continuing education.
