The Staff Pad is partnering with an established dental practice in the Minnetonka area to identify an Associate Dentist for a flexible, growth-oriented opportunity.

You will provide comprehensive general dentistry services, with the option to expand into endodontics, oral surgery, and implants, within a collaborative, patient-focused team. Shape both your schedule and scope of practice in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure).
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused.
• Interested in shaping schedule and clinical scope.
• Comfortable in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services.
