Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license in good standing.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Advance in-office specialty services when appropriate.
• Maintain documentation of patient records and x-rays.
• Uphold the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.

Education
