Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist for Restorative and Aesthetic Dental Associates in Portland, ME. You will deliver comprehensive dental care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive team in a modern, patient-centered practice.

Eligible candidates hold a DMD or DDS, state license to practice dentistry, and BLS/CPR certification. The role offers flexible scheduling (full- or part-time) with strong production-based earnings and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Review and maintain patient records and x-rays.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain ethics and professionalism in all interactions.
