Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options; maintain records.
• Review treatment options with patients and update medical/dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care; perform procedures.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism; pursue ongoing education.
