Job summary

42 North Dental in Newton, MA is seeking a Dentist to manage the complete patient experience from exam to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will join a team with strong patient flow and opportunities for education, mentorship, and collaboration across a network of Doctors. The role supports growth within an established practice with focus on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification required.
• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient’s oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism
• Stay current with developments via continuing education
