Job summary

42North Dental in Rochester, NH seeks a Dentist to join a modern practice with a strong patient base. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Earn up to 36% of collections, with annual rate of $150,000–$200,000 USD. Benefits include medical/vision, malpractice reimbursement, 401(k), CE, mentorship, equity, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on treatment options and outcomes.
• Perform restorative and preventive dental care.
• Conduct surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics; stay updated on developments.
