Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the full patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care. In-office specialty services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Annual compensation ranges from $75,000 to $250,000 USD, with comprehensive benefits, malpractice reimbursement, 401K on hire, continuing education, mentorship, equity opportunities, and unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
