The Staff Pad is partnering with a private practice in Indianapolis, IN to hire an Associate Dentist with endodontic expertise. This part-time opportunity emphasizes patient-focused care, autonomy, and a collaborative clinical team in a modern setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Indiana dental license (or eligible) and bring 3–5 years of dentistry experience, including endodontics and general dentistry. Frid ay Fridays preferred; second day flexible, two days per week on-site.

Qualifications

• Indiana dental license or ability to obtain one.
• 3–5 years of dental experience with endodontics focus.
• Strong general dentistry foundation and patient care skills.
• Oral surgery experience considered a strong plus.
• Team player with a patient-first mindset and cultural fit.
