Job summary

42 North Dental in Massachusetts seeks a Dentist to join our patient-first practice. You will manage the full clinical patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a strong support network, mentorship, continuing education at no cost, and a 401K from day one. Daily rate range is $600–$750, with competitive benefits and a collaborative environment that values ethics and excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a DMD or DDS from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documented.
• Malpractice insurance coverage proof.
• BLS or CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patient dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity.
• Maintain highest quality standard of care.
• Maintain high ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the ADA CODA
