Qualifications

• Licensed dentist in the state of Massachusetts or eligible for licensure
• Vaccination against Hepatitis B is required
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required
• Malpractice insurance coverage is required or maintained

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review and discuss treatment options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures in the oral cavity
• Maintain high quality standard of care and ethics
• Stay current with developments and continuing education
