42 North Dental in the Boston area is seeking a Dentist to lead the entire clinical patient experience—from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office specialties include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Active state license to practice dentistry
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care for all patients
• Maintain high standard of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education
