Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care, from exams and treatment planning to the delivery of high-quality care across in-office specialties. You will work within a practice that emphasizes patient-centered outcomes and continuous education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license to practice in the applicable state.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Hepatitis B vaccination

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
