First Dental in Dodge City, Kansas is a fully digital, high-volume private practice seeking a DDS/DMD to join a six-dentist team. This full-time role offers mentorship across comprehensive general dentistry, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and collaboration among clinicians.

You'll receive a guaranteed $300,000 base plus 30% of collections, sign-on and relocation support, and a competitive benefits package. Licensure in Kansas is facilitated, with long-term growth toward partnership.

Formación

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• New grads welcome.
• Licensed in Kansas or eligible for licensure; we’ll facilitate it.
• Current BLS/CPR certified.
• Excellent communication and commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Eager to learn; prior experience or specialized training is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Treat patients of all ages across comprehensive general dentistry.
• Grow into the most complex and rewarding cases with structured training.
• Mentorship is provided in fillings, crowns and bridges, extractions, root canals, implants, veneers and full-mouth aesthetics, and orthodontics.
• Work with state-of-the-art technology in a fully digital office.
• Collaborative environment where doctors work together on cases and stay current through CE.
