Job summary

42North Dental, founded by dentists, seeks a skilled Dentist to lead the clinical patient experience from exam to treatment. The practice offers in-house services, including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics, with a strong flow of new patients. You will deliver comprehensive care and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient.

The role emphasizes high ethical standards, ongoing education, and collaboration with a network of Doctors to advance care quality.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients.
• Keep abreast of new developments, technologies and best practices.
