42 North Dental seeks a licensed dentist to join a multi-specialty practice. You will manage the entire patient experience from exam to care delivery, with in-office services including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will lead treatment planning, educate patients, maintain records, and stay current with advances in dentistry. Competitive annual rate and equal opportunity employer.

Qualifikationen

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
• BLS or CPR certification on file.

Aufgaben

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain highest standard of care and ethics
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education

Ausbildung

DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA)

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Proof of malpractice insurance

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
