Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a Dentist to lead the entire clinical patient experience from initial exam and treatment plan to delivery of care, with in-office services in periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

You will collaborate with a network of Doctors, uphold the highest standards of care and ethics, maintain accurate medical and dental records, and stay current through exclusive continuing education programs.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program
• Current state dental license
• Hepatitis B vaccination
• Proof of malpractice insurance
• BLS or CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality standard of care
• Maintain ethics and professionalism
• Stay current with developments via continuing education
