Job summary

42 North Dental in Wycombe, PA seeks a Dentist for a part-time position with two Saturdays per month. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment planning in a thriving, established practice that welcomes a strong flow of new patients each month.

The Dentist provides comprehensive care across in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics, while advancing your clinical skills through ongoing CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through CE courses and professional development.
