Position Summary

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.   • Take care of your community while engaging in activities to promote a positive image of the company.
  • Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and show appreciation for your team members. Highlight examples of customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement.
  • Enjoy working with kids, who constitute 70% or more of our patient base.
Responsibilities

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. Our practice features:

  • DentaPro software
  • Digital x-ray and Panorex units
  • Fiber-optic handpieces
  • Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
  • Team ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
  • Patient base: primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults depending on location
  • Office flow: approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily
  • Insurance mix: state plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

We expect you to have:

  • DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental program
  • Valid dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure
  • Additional certifications such as CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (available in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to serve both children and adults
