Dental Suite in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a motivated dentist to join our established practice with advanced technology and strong clinical support. Compensation includes a sign-on package up to $50,000 and a potential total earnings up to $300,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, CE investment, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a US-accredited dental school is required.
• Active Maryland dental license and U.S. DEA certification are required.
• Residency training (AEGD/GPR) is preferred or encouraged.
• Clinical experience and strong patient-care focus are valued.
• New graduates with residency experience are welcome to apply.

Compensation Range: This wage range $125,000 - $300,000 per year, reflects the expected annual income for this role, based on individual production, clinical skill set, treatment planning, and experience level.
