Job summary

Dental Team Finder is seeking an Associate Dentist for our Kellogg, Idaho practice. This full-time role offers established patient demand, a strong support team, clinical autonomy, and mentorship opportunities, with a clear path to partnership.

New graduates are welcome. Compensation includes a $250K average, production-based pay, a 4-day workweek, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance to help you grow into leadership and ownership.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Eligible for Idaho dental license.
• CPR and DEA certification or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable providing bread-and-butter general dentistry.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.
• Interest in long-term partnership or practice ownership.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with clinical autonomy
• Diagnose and present treatment plans
• Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community
• Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and the broader clinical team
• Help grow the practice while maintaining strong patient care
• Develop toward future partnership and practice leadership
