Job summary

42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA seeks a full-time General Dentist to lead patient care from exam to treatment. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics with a focus on high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

Hours are 8 AM–5 PM, 4–5 days/week, with a daily guarantee or 36% of collections. The role offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits for a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues
• Maintain high quality of care and professional ethics
• Stay current with developments and continuing education

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
