42 North Dental in Hollidaysburg, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to manage the complete patient experience from exam and treatment planning to delivery of care. In-office services include periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

The position offers 4–5 days per week, 8 AM–5 PM, with a choice of daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20,000. Benefits include health insurance with HSA, dental and vision coverage, 401K, CE

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and maintain treatment plans.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain the highest quality and ethics in patient care.
• Stay updated on new developments and best practices.
