Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist in Williamsport, PA to deliver comprehensive dental care from exams to treatment planning within a collaborative network. The role includes access to in-office specialties and mentorship, with a path for professional growth.

Sign-on bonus up to $20,000, with daily guarantee or percentage (whichever is greater). Four days per week, typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, as part of a strong, patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and discuss options with patients.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment choices.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics, stay updated professionally.
• Engage in continuing education and professional development.
