42 North Dental in Williamsport, PA is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care from exam to treatment, including in-office specialty services. You will work within a network that supports mentorship and continuing education.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to restore or maintain oral health.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high quality standards and ethics.
• Stay current with developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program

Current state license to practice dentistry

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
