Benevis in Lake Charles, LA, seeks an Associate Dentist to join our mission of delivering high-quality dental care to underserved families. You will work with a supportive team using DentaPro software and advanced tools; there is mentoring and growth, and a Guaranteed base pay above 200k with uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the CODA
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
• Nitrous Oxide certification (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA) and CPR/DEA as required

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services with team support
• Care for child and adult patients, with 70%+ pediatric population often in practice
• Engage in morning huddles, plan daily schedule, and recognize teamwork and patient focus
• Maintain compliance with OSHA/HIPAA and emergency management training
