What You'll Do

  • Deliver comprehensive care by diagnosing and treating oral diseases, performing root canals, extractions, and a wide range of general dentistry procedures with confidence and precision.
  • Empower patients through education, guiding them on proper oral hygiene habits, post-treatment care, and personalized preventive strategies to support long-term dental health.
  • Provide expert treatment for dental issues such as decay, fractures, and cavities—skillfully performing procedures, placing fillings, and restoring smiles.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostics to examine dental and jaw conditions, interpret x-rays, and create customized treatment plans and dental appliance models tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety by administering anesthetics, prescribing appropriate medications, and maintaining a reassuring, compassionate chairside manner.

Requirements & Qualificatoins

  • D.D.S. or D.M.D. degree from a CODA-accredited dental school, recognized by the American Dental Association (ADA)
  • Active Illinois dental license in good standing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and team members
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care, with genuine empathy and professionalism
  • Commitment to compliance, adhering to all office policies and local, state, and ADA guidelines, protocols, and best practices
