Part-Time | 3 Days/Week | $800/Day Minimum for First 90 Days → $700/Day Permanent Minimum + 31% Adjusted Production | Partnership Opportunity

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Associate Dentist to join our established dental practice in the White Center area of Seattle. Compensation & Benefits

• $800 daily minimum/guarantee for the first 90 days (based on a typical 7‑hour clinical day).
• $700 daily minimum/guarantee permanently after the initial 90‑day period. 31% of adjusted production, with compensation based on whichever is higher: the applicable daily minimum or 31% of adjusted production.
• $1,000 annual continuing education (CE) stipend.
• Strong earning potential as your schedule and production grow.
• Compensation may be discussed based on experience, clinical skills, and qualifications.

Schedule

• Part‑time, approximately 3 days per week.
• Wednesdays + Thursdays or Fridays.
• Alternating Mondays or Fridays approximately 1–2 times per month.
