We are looking for a passionate Associate Dentist who is eager to provide high-quality dental care in a fun, compassionate environment, primarily serving underserved families and creating memorable experiences. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver comprehensive dental services to patients, with a patient base that is 70% or more children.
* Work collaboratively within a practice featuring a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
* Engage in morning huddles to plan the day, appreciate team efforts, and highlight examples of great customer focus and collaboration.
* Participate in activities that promote a positive image of the company within the community. *Requirements:*
* DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental education program.
* Current, valid state dental license or eligibility for licensure.
* Necessary certifications (e.g., CPR, DEA).
* Nitrous Oxide certification (for applicable states).
* Deep compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
* Ability to work Friday/Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM). *What We Offer:*
