Base pay range

$120.00/hr - $350.00/hr

• Saturdays 7:30am-3:30pm

Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Dentist to join our well-established practice in Garden City, NY. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, skilled, personable, and patient-focused, with a compassionate and confident bedside manner, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

About Our Practice

• 2 Dentists, 3 Hygienists
• 12 total chairs
• Schedule: Saturdays
• 100% Fee-for-service practice
• Fully digital with upgraded technology (Multiple milling and CEREC units, Cone Beam, iTero, etc.)
• In-office specialty work: Oral Surgery, General Anesthesia, Pedodontics
• Active patient base: 3,250

Compensation for Part-Time Providers

• Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

Education & Experience

• Dental school graduate, GPR/AEGD preferred
• 3-5 years clinical experience
• Experience with crown & bridge, implants, same-day dentistry, clear aligners, etc., preferred
• Active NY dental license in good standing
