A rapidly expanding dental group in Toledo is seeking a motivated and clinically confident Associate Dentist to join a newly consolidated, high-volume practice. This role is ideal for a doctor who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to take ownership of patient care in a modern, multi-operatory environment. With three practices merging into one state-of-the-art location, the opportunity for long-term growth and leadership is clear from day one. This is a full-time, lead-doctor position with mentorship available and partnership potential beginning in year two.

Key Highlights:

• Guaranteed base salary of $150K with first-year earning potential of $200K to $250K+
• Up to 32% of collections (including lab fees)
• Up to $10K in sign-on, relocation, & CE bonus support
• Four-day workweek with a strong, established hygiene program (22 hygiene days per week)
• Newly remodeled office combining three patient bases into a 10-operatory flagship location

What You Bring:
