Job summary

Mountain View Dental in Ridgefield, WA is seeking a general dentist to join our private practice with a strong patient base and modern technology. We average 65+ new patients a month and care for 4,727 active patients.

You will provide comprehensive general dentistry, use digital workflows, and collaborate with a seasoned team dedicated to long-term patient relationships and clinical excellence. New grads are welcome; relocation is a plus, with opportunities for professional and financial growth.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted Washington license and DEA registration.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and preventive care.
• Warm chairside manner and patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in digital dentistry (iTero, Invisalign, laser, Dentrix).
• Teamwork mindset and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages: exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative and preventive care.
• Use digital workflows to deliver efficient, high-quality care and a great patient experience.
• Educate patients and build lasting relationships to support practice growth.
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in Dentrix Ascend.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams and participate in meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols and pursue continuing education.

Who we're looking for

A dentist who likes to think outside the box and enjoys endodontics and oral surgery. If you want to keep those cases in-house instead of referring them out, you'll have the patient flow, the team, and the technology to do it. New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply, as are experienced dentists. Relocating from outside the area is a plus.

$100,000 – $350,000 per year, with a competitive compensation package:

What you bring

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted Washington State dental license and DEA registration
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative, and preventive care
• Warm chairside manner and a patient-centered approach
• Proficiency in, or real interest in, digital dentistry (iTero, Invisalign®, laser, Dentrix)
• A teamwork mindset, a commitment to evidence-based practice, and integrity
• Private practice experience preferred, but not required
