Are you a compassionate and skilled General Dentist seeking a rewarding full‑time position in a patient‑focused private practice? D. Bruce Laurie DMD Inc is looking for a motivated associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide a wide range of general dental services, with the opportunity to perform oral surgery and dental implant cases. We welcome experienced dentists as well as newer graduates with a genuine interest in dental implant placement. You’ll enjoy a steady flow of loyal patients, a supportive team, and the ability to practice dentistry at the highest level—free from the limitations of insurance contracts.

Pay

• $145,000 - $198,000 per year

• - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
• - Commission-Based Incentives: Earn a percentage of the revenue generated from advanced treatments, including dental implants, orthodontic procedures, and cosmetic dentistry services.
• - Fee-for-service patient base – no HMO or PPO contracts

• Monday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:30am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Licensed to practice dentistry in California

Preferences

• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 2+ years of practice
