UB Dental Alumni Association in State College, PA seeks an Associate Dentist to join a well-established practice. The role offers a base salary of $750 per day for the first three months or until credentialing with major insurers is complete, then shifts to a production-based model at 33% of production.

Job description

We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established dental practice in State College, PA.

Below is an overview of the compensation and benefits package being offered:

Base Compensation

• A base salary of $750 per day for the first three (3) months of employment, or until credentialing with our two primary insurance carriers is completed — whichever occurs first.
• Following this initial period, compensation will transition to a production-based model at 33% of production.

Time Off

• Seven (7) days of paid time off during the first year of employment.
• A relocation bonus of up to $5,000 to support your transition.
• A retention bonus of $5,000, payable upon successful completion of your first year of employment.

Retirement & Profit-Sharing

• Participation in the practice's profit-sharing plan.
• Eligibility to participate in the practice's 401(k) plan.

Insurance

• Health insurance coverage, with the practice covering approximately 60%–70% of the premium.
• Malpractice insurance coverage provided and paid for by the practice.

Continuing Education

• Beginning after the first six (6) months of employment, the practice will contribute up to $2,000 annually toward continuing education (CE) courses.
