Job Title: Associate Dentist

Position Summary:

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide quality dental care, foster a positive office culture, and build patient relationships, working with a dedicated team to deliver preventive, restorative, and therapeutic services in a group practice setting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver hands-on patient care focusing on preventive, restorative, and therapeutic dentistry.
  2. Follow office protocols, policies, and procedures to ensure high standards of care.
  3. Promote oral health education and develop personalized treatment plans.
  4. Conduct clinical evaluations, including diagnostic imaging.
  5. Collaborate with Office Managers and support staff to maintain a positive office environment.
  6. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing clinical support staff.
  7. Participate in daily team huddles to enhance patient experience.
  8. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and dental board procedures.
  9. Address patient concerns with empathetic, patient-centered care.
  10. Assist with operational tasks such as insurance processing, coding, and credentialing.

Qualifications:

  1. Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited dental school.
  2. Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
  3. DEA license and current CPR certification.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and patient service skills.
  5. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.
  6. Patient-centric, empathetic approach to dental care.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively and lead by example.
