Join Our Team as an Associate Dentist – Pathway to Partnership!

We are excited to welcome a talented and driven Associate Dentist to our established, modern practices located in Whitehall, PA, and Mertztown, PA.

Our busy, paperless practices are equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including digital X-rays, lasers, Cerec, and iTero. Located just 1 hour from Philadelphia and 2 hours from NYC, our offices provide the perfect balance of a vibrant community with easy access to major cities.

Our focus is on cosmetic and restorative dentistry, led by an owner/dentist who is a graduate of Pankey, LVI, and DOCS. We are committed to providing top-tier care and cultivating an environment where team members can grow professionally and personally.

What We’re Looking For

• Has completed a GPR or equivalent training (new grads without a GPR are not eligible).
• Is skilled in restorative dentistry and has a strong desire to grow professionally.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Aspired to ownership and partnership in a thriving practice.

Schedule

• Mondays and Wednesdays: 16–18 hours/week to start.
• Open to 3–4 days/week for the right candidate.

Compensation

• 32% of adjusted production minus 32% of lab responsibility.
