Associate Dentist- FFS Practice

About the Role

Revitalize Dental is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist for our FFS practice in Louisville, KY. This role supports high-quality patient care while you learn from Dr. Jack Kall.

Success in this position means delivering excellent clinical outcomes, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a positive, team-based practice environment on a consistent 4-day-per-week schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients in accordance with established clinical standards.
• Conduct patient examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform restorative, diagnostic, and preventive dental procedures as appropriate to scope of practice.
• Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
• Document clinical findings, procedures, and follow-up plans accurately in the patient record.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient chairside flow and coordinated care.
• Maintain strong infection control and safety practices throughout all patient interactions.
• Support continuity of care through appropriate referrals, scheduling, and follow-up.
• Apply guidance and feedback from Dr. Jack Kall to grow clinical skills and confidence.
• Uphold practice standards for professionalism, ethics, and patient-centered service.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.
• Current dental licensure for practice in Kentucky (or ability to obtain prior to start).
