Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• 3+ years of experience.
• Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry care including exams, preventive services, restorative treatment, crowns and bridges, cosmetic procedures, emergency care, and patient education.
• Diagnose and present treatment plans ethically and clearly.
• Utilize advanced technology to support accurate diagnostics and predictable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and administrative team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, trust, and long-term relationships.
