Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care & Treatment:

  • Conduct thorough examinations and diagnoses.
  • Create personalized treatment plans, emphasizing patient education and involvement.
  • Execute procedures in restorative, cosmetic, and preventative dentistry following practice protocols.

Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to optimize workflows and deliver seamless patient experiences.
  • Support and mentor junior team members or recent graduates where appropriate.

Maintain Quality Standards:

  • Uphold the highest standards of infection control and safety as mandated by regulatory bodies and practice policies.
  • Use the latest technologies and materials to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Professional Development:

  • Engage in continued education to keep pace with emerging dental techniques and innovations.
  • Participate in team trainings, case reviews, and practice development initiatives to drive collective success.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
  • Active Hawaii Dental License (or eligibility for licensure in Hawaii).
  • Clinical Experience: Prior experience in a dental practice is preferred, though new graduates with strong clinical competencies and a passion for ongoing learning are also encouraged to apply.
